Fit for soccer training is a program designed to improve the player’s fitness abilities. This fitness training will help players to improve their physical conditioning for games. Our program will consist of Speed and Agility, Muscle strengthening directed to soccer, Working on flexibility and injury prevention and Plyometric exercises.

Fit For Soccer Training is a 6-weeks program, $180 per player.
There are no makeups or reschedules.
