Letter of Commitment and Priorities
Dear Players and Parents,
Welcome to NLST Ginga Futsal Academy. Participation in this program requires a strong commitment from both players and parents to uphold the values, standards, and expectations of our academy. By joining, you agree to the following responsibilities and priorities:
Player Commitment
- Effort & Professionalism – Give maximum effort and display discipline, focus, and respect during all training sessions, games, and team events.
- Respect – Treat teammates, coaches, referees, opponents, and staff with respect at all times.
- Development Priorities – Focus on long-term growth and development; learning and improvement come before short-term results.
- Attendance – Attend all scheduled practices, games, and team events unless excused by a coach. Absences must be communicated in advance.
- Representation – Conduct yourself with integrity on and off the court, understanding that you represent NLST Ginga Futsal at all times.
Note: Failure to uphold these commitments may result in reduced playing time, suspension, or dismissal from the academy.
Parent Commitment
- Sideline Conduct – Support all players with positive encouragement only. Do not coach, direct, or criticize players, referees, or coaches during training or games.
- Respect for Officials & Staff – Refrain from negative comments or confrontations with referees, coaches, staff, or opponents.
- Social Media Conduct – Use social media responsibly. Do not post or share negative commentary, criticism, or any content that may harm the reputation of players, coaches, referees, or the academy.
- Support of Priorities – Respect the academy’s mission of player development, teamwork, and character building, and support the coaching staff’s decisions without interference.
Note: Failure to adhere to these commitments may result in restricted sideline access, suspension from attending games, or removal of the player from the program.
Club Priorities
- Player development over short-term results.
- Respect and professionalism on and off the court.
- A safe, disciplined, and competitive environment.
- Strong collaboration between players, parents, and coaches.
Acknowledgment
By signing below, both player and parent/guardian acknowledge their understanding of this Letter of Commitment and Priorities and agree to comply fully, including the $100 annual club fee.
